Chobe Savanna Lodge

Chobe Savanna Lodge is situated in the Kasika Conservancy in the Zambezi Region of Namibia.  The lodge is built on the southern bank of the Chobe River and overlooks the vast floodplains from the south Zambezi to the Chobe River banks of Botswana.  Considering the sweeping vistas of the classic savanna environment, the Architect skilfully designed a thatched, open-sided main building that provides a 270-degree view over the river. The award winning main building, with decked thatch structure, makes provision for a bar, lounge, dining hall and kitchen on a picture deck. Thatched chalets, each with a private deck, integrated bedroom, lounge and en-suite facilities, completed the design brief of the project.
