Walvis Bay International Airport ATCT - Proposal

The Proposal called for a new Air Traffic Control Tower, ATCT, with the necessary facilities at the Walvis Bay International Airport. The planned ATCT is required to last for the next 30 years as the existing infrastructure is unable to accommodate this expansion. Strict IATA and FAA regulations were used as the base design guidelines. Inspired by the surrounding desert and dune landscape the base building organically rises from the ground and embraces the tower as it soars towards the sky.
