Pretoria Residence

This project features the demolition and re-build of the existing Namibian Ambassador’s Residence in Pretoria (RSA).

The steep gradient of the Erf allows for jaw-dropping views over Pretoria. The brief required the residence to be divided into two main areas namely guest entertainment and meeting space. These areas were separated from the private residence situated on the upper ground floor level and is accommodated with its own entrance.

Lush green terraces with natural stone and red face-brick are proposed to contribute to the natural element of the structure.
