NSFAF Headquarters

This iconic building, a new office block for the Namibia Students Financial Assistance Fund. The building portrays a playful juxtaposition of contrasting building shapes, materials and colours, symbolising the different aspects and components of the NSFAF compilation and creating spaces that appeals to its variety of building users.  

 

The building comprises of a lower ground parking area, offices on ground and first floor, a gymnasium area on the second floor as well as the Student Care Centre with separate auditorium and cafeteria. 

 

Next to the main office building is a Multi-Purpose Hall and Day Care Centre, serving as income generators for the Client. The massing of the building consists of two office wings separated by an open central court, with building elements punching through an off-shutter concrete curved wall on the western façade.
