Vivo House

The Vivo House project is located on Erf.720 within the Klein Windhoek business node along the busy Sam Nujoma Drive. The project consists of 2-parking levels, 6-office floors and 5-apartment floors. The Building is orientated along the West and East exploiting the Northern façade with more fenestrations to permit more natural light and views across the Klein Windhoek Valley and Eros Mountains. To overcome the monotonous size of the building, the façades were divided vertically to create the illusion of several buildings that are coherently connected. A balance of facebrick and neutral paint colours seamlessly grounds the building into its surrounding context.

By working in close relation with each office tenant every office is specifically tailored to suit their needs.  Each of the twenty 2-bedroom apartments has a North facing balcony and boasts selected fittings and finishes that redefine high-rise living in Windhoek.
