Ballot Place is a multi-story commercial and residential development that provide both high-end corporate office space and luxury living apartments.

This design proposal was in response to a competition launched by the Civil Aviation Authority of Botswana for a new Passenger Terminal Building at Maun International Airport, Botswana.  The aim was to create a building of world-class standard, serving as an iconic gateway to the Okavango. From a conceptual point of view, we introduced the mokoro as main design generator of the building.  As the mokoro is a preferred means of transportation in the Delta, it captures the essence of traveling in the Maun district. The attributes of the mokoro is coupled with unique elements of the Delta, such as the water lily, palm leaves as well as repetitive elements akin to the papyrus, to further enhance a strong contextual design approach. The end result is a building true to its direct surroundings with a strong resemblance to the local tradition, habitat and attractions, set to become a landmark that celebrates Botswana, the town of Maun and its people

This Project features a New Head Office Building for the Profile Investment Holdings Group in Namibia. The Building is located in a precinct currently in transition, where traditionally low density housing is being re-developed into new office buildings. The Building comprises of a Basement Parking Area, Ground, First & Second Floors. Strong Architectural features frame the South and East façades while the Northern facade's depth is further accentuated with contrasting materials. Glazing around the building was used in abundance to capitalise on the stunning views towards the Khomas Hochland in the West and the Eros Mountains to the East. A contemporary interior complimenting the Client’s corporate image completes the design.

The Client requested additions and alterations to the current Pupkewitz Megabuild Divisional offices and require a design that creates an open, 'healthy' working environment with a  new reception and waiting area for the public. The proposed design incorporates elements of the original building utilising the old warehouse to accommodate a modern office space.
