Mahler Street Office & Apartments

Located along Mahler Street, Windhoek West, this Project consists of a new Office Building with Apartments adjacent to an existing office building. The Building comprises of three levels - Ground Floor Parking, First Floor Office and Second Floor Apartments. The Building is designed to optimise natural sun and to provide privacy between the Apartments, New Office and the Existing Office. Being a new building also provided the opportunity to improve the building/street condition to enhance the area that is rapidly changing as a result of the nearby Namibia University of Science and Technology (NUST).
