Mahler Street Phase 2

Situated on Erf 1252 on the corner of Mahler Street and Axali Doeseb Street, Windhoek West, is Phase 2 of the Mahler Street Project. The original house dates back from 1947 and was renovated in 1989, however, the previous additions and alterations took away the heritage aspects of the building.

The primary scope of works included the near-to-full restoration of the exterior and improve the interior layout to accommodate offices. The interior was guided by the Art Deco style of the era and is defined using brass fittings, black door frames with geometric patterns and green colours.
