This Additions and Alterations Project is situated in Windhoek West in close proximity to the Rhino Park Private Hospital. Sited on a panhandle Erf the Project consists of 3 stories; the ground floor is reserved for parking and the entrance; the first floor is entirely dedicated to private medical consultation offices with a main reception, kitchen and ablution facilities; the second floor is similar to the floor below with the exception of an outdoor entertainment area. The design aesthetically blends within the residential context while establishing itself as a commercial building
