Mahler Street Phase 1

Mahler Street Phase 1 is located on Erf 1252, Windhoek West, within proximity to the Namibia University of Science and Technology (NUST) and the small business node along Sam Nujoma Avenue. The project consists of ground floor parking, the client’s offices on the first floor and student apartments on the second floor. A grand staircase leads from the sidewalk to the entrance of the first floor, while a secondary rear staircase provides access to the second floor.

The building incorporates bold forms and colours to cement itself within the residential context, which is slowly being transformed into a commercial street. A wave-screen wall inspired by the Client’s logo provides shade and privacy towards the West.
